The Hornell City School District does not refuse a child breakfast or lunch. If students do not bring money with them or have money on their meal account we allow them to charge, up to a maximum of three times. If a family does not want their child(ren) to be allowed to charge, the Food Services Department needs that information in writing.
My children receive a free lunch, why do they owe money?
