SAT Prep Class

NEW COURSE OFFERING for the second half of this year:

"SAT PREPARATION"

Offered in school, as a pass/fail course, taught by Mr. Franklin (who will cover the math portion of the SAT exam) and Mr. Berardi (who will cover the Verbal and Written portions of the exam).

It will be offered 2nd and 9th periods, and will meet daily for the 2nd semester (3rd and 4th marking periods) to help students prepare to take the SAT exam given here at HHS on Saturday, June 7th.

We will be working with two different textbooks/workbooks as well as an online SAT prep program offered by the College Board (who publishes and administers the SAT exams).

Course enrollment is limited to 20 students in each of the two sections (2nd period and 9th period) on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are interested, and you have room in your schedule either 2nd or 9th period everyday for the second semester, sign up in the 10-12 Guidance Office ASAP. Again, the course is limited to 20 students per section – if you want to take advantage of this opportunity to help prepare for the SAT’s, sign up now. Sign-ups must take place by the end of the day on Thursday, January 17th.

If you have any questions or concerns, see Mr. Franklin or Mr. Berardi, or speak with Mr. Wilson in the Guidance Office.
