Student Bus Application

This application is used for student school bus transportation arrangements for the 2017-18 school year. With our continued focus on students' safety, we will not be able to take permanent transportation information over the phone. For your child's protection, we require detailed information regarding pick-up and drop-off arrangements with a parent or guardian's signature.

If your child will turn 5 on or before December 1, 2018 and you reside in the Hornell City School District, please contact North Hornell School to set up a time for Kindergarten registration and screening. Lisa Smith, secretary at North Hornell, will be happy to assist with setting up your screening appointment. Kindergarten screening dates are May 7 and 8.

Please bring your child's birth certificate, immunizations and health information, and the completed registration packet to Kindergarten screening.

Pre-Kindergarten Registration

Registration packets for the Hornell City School District’s 2018-19 Pre-Kindergarten program will be available beginning Monday, March 12. The program is open to resident children who will be four years old by December 1, 2018. Registration packets can be picked up and returned to North Hornell Elementary School.

This is the first year that the Pre-Kindergarten program will be operated by the school district. For several years, ProAction has collaborated with the district to offer PK to district students.
