    Scott Carroll is the Principal for grades 7-12.  Prior to becoming principal, Scott was the Assistant Principal and Athletic Director starting and has been with the district since 2012.  Previously, he was a school counselor and Athletic Director at Avoca Central School.  Scott holds an undergraduate degree in Journalism/Mass Communications from St. Bonaventure University, as well as a Master's Degree and Advanced Certificate in School Counseling from Alfred University.  He obtained his Educational Leadership certification from SUNY Brockport.  Scott resides locally with his wife and three children who attend school in Hornell.  In his spare time, he enjoys golf, being active and coaching his son's teams.

     Julie Smith is the Assistant Principal for grades 10-12. Julie has been with the district since 2008. She began her career in Hornell as a counselor at the elementary level and later at the high school. Julie holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland, as well as a master's degree and advanced certificate in Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling. She obtained her Educational Leadership certification from Stony Brook University in 2012. Julie resides locally with her husband and three children. In her spare time, Julie enjoys attending sporting events. Her favorite teams are the Hornell Red Raiders and the Buffalo Bills! She also likes being outdoors, camping, hiking and playing with her chocolate lab!
