Director of Elementary Education
Erica Siebert has worked with the district since 2015 and became the Director of Elementary Education in 2018. She holds undergraduate degrees in Elementary Education and French from SUNY Potsdam as well as a graduate degree as a Reading Teacher from SUNY Geneseo and a Certificate of Advanced Study in Educational Leadership from SUNY Brockport. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
Director of Pupil Personnel
Amy Feeley has worked with the district since 1999 and became the Director of Pupil Personnel in 2008. She holds an undergraduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Ithaca College as well as graduate degrees in Literacy from Alfred University, Speech-Language Pathology from SUNY Geneseo and Educational Leadership from SUNY Brockport. In her spare time, she enjoys coaching golf, traveling and spending time with her family.
Director of Technology
Rich Everly has been an employee of Hornell City School District since 2009 and the Director of Technology since 2017. He started his career working with the 21st Century Community Learning Center's grant, led by Hornell, which eventually expanded to four other school districts in Steuben County. Rich holds undergraduate degrees in Banking and Financial Service Planning, Business Administration, and Secondary Education as well as graduate degrees in Literacy Education from Alfred University and Education Leadership from Pace University.
